customers. All orders are approved and accepted at our offices in
Overland Park, Kansas, and do not become binding upon IMS until such

reject any order which has been tendered through this site. This site

of the order, and will be charged at that time. Customers receiving
shipments in all other locations should consult their local taxing
authority to arrange for remittance of the appropriate state and local
sales or use tax.
